Supplements and vitamins will stop your hair loss

There are no vitamins or supplements that can help you with your baldness since hair is practically dead tissue. So applying different vitamin-enriched oils to your scalp or taking supplements won’t affect your hair growth in any way.

One of the most popular products in this category are biotin-based supplements. They are a mix of more B vitamins that are marked as “helping you to maintain healthy skin and hair.” Although research into whether biotin supplements can improve the strength and health of your hair is continuing, a boost in vitamin B will not prevent hair loss.

Over-the-counter supplements cannot tackle any specific condition or problem because your body chooses the most effective way to use the nutrients and vitamins you consume. Biotin has no known effect on the DHT sensitivity of the hair follicle, let alone modifying genetics.
