3. Hot lemon water

Have you ever tried hot lemon water? Despite the fact that it doesn’t contain any caffeine, it’s supposed to give you a boost of energy. And the good thing is that you can combine it with other herbs in order to give it a fresher taste. I prefer to add mint and ginger during the cold season, and during the summer, I add some fresh slices of fruits (strawberries especially) and a couple of ice cubes.

The only downside of this beverage is that you must avoid drinking it on a daily basis because it can have an unpleasant effect on your teeth since it’s too acidic. However, it is recommended to drink it with a straw and rinse your mouth with clean water afterwards.
