Bananas

Bananas are probably the most popular fruits in the entire world. They’re well known for their high potassium levels, which are good for lowering blood pressure and reducing the risk of heart disease.

Even more, they are also very rich in magnesium (37 mg of magnesium/ 9% of the daily value- in only one banana). Added to that,  bananas have vitamin C, vitamin B6, manganese, and fiber. Ripe bananas are known to have more sugar and carbs, so they should be avoided by people who are currently following a low-carb diet. But all in all, if you got stuck with them, ripped bananas are great for banana bread!
