#6 You’re always fatigued and tired

Think about it like this, if you constantly find yourself being extremely tired and fatigued no matter how much sleep and rest you’re getting during the day, it may be that you’re overhydrated. This means that your kidneys are working overtime in order to filter the water you drink and that the fluid level in your bloodstream is balanced.

If you’re drinking too much liquid, then your kidneys will work too hard, which in turn will cause more stress on your hormones, leaving you feeling like you cannot even get out of bed. Too much water will stress your kidneys more than is needed and leave you lethargic, so you should make sure you don’t drink more than the adequate amount.
