Processed, refined carbohydrates might taste incredibly delicious to many people. But they really don’t add any nutritional value to your body. These stress-causing foods are practically worthless calories.
And they also ultimately lead to fluctuating blood sugar levels that may make you feel irritable and moody. Many processed carbs, including standard packaged foods, are very high in sodium.
And besides making you feel extra thirsty, all that extra sodium enables your body to retain extra water, forcing your ticker to work harder at keeping the blood pumping.
It can also increase a person’s blood pressure, making you feel bloated and all-around unwell, increasing your stress levels. If you need something to snack on, try replacing your daily chip intake with some healthy fruit.

Green tea is the healthiest thing you can drink! I don’t see red meat , chicken or cheese on the list. The saturated fat, cholesterol, trans fat (depending on how cooked), and salt content make those foods deadly!
Plant based foods are the way to go to avoid all of these stressers.
They have all been sprayed with pesticides which have already leached into the foods before you eat them
I eat the same way as my grandparents did and my mom and dad did I raise my food and can as much of it as I can try to keep it as natural as possible and I’m healthy and well so it is exactly what you eat is what you are
I reduced or eliminated the stress causing foods about6 months ago . I am off all blood pressure meds and 125/66 was my most recent . This is fairly normal. I am 77 and was taking 30 mg. of lisenapril.
why not just give up end die if you cant have these
Plant based food isn’t good for you. The chemicals they use on the plants are more harmful to the the animals in the fields and is dangerous to the bugs that birds eat and make them sick. That doesn’t give you the nutrients you really need. This is something that was started by Gates, other million airs to make more money trying to sell, so called green energy and now into the food we eat. They never follow what they preach. Yes, stay away from snacks, but the food groups if you don’t over do it are the best thing for your health.
