Olive Garden Hidden Secret: Take advantage of the kid’s menu when ordering takeout

When eating at the restaurant, the kid’s menu is only available for children under 12. But, if you’re ordering takeout, you can save money by ordering a kid’s meal instead of an entire portion.

This hack could work if you’re the type of person who can never eat a full portion from Olive Garden. A kid’s meal only costs roughly $7. Besides the entree, they also come with a drink.

Just keep in mind that no salad or soup is included with the kid’s meals, so you’ll want to remember that before placing your order.

A few of the options you can choose from include smaller portions of many regular menu items, including Alfredo Sauce with Pasta, Meat Sauce with Pasta, and Cheese Ravioli.

A few additional options are only available to kids, as well, like Mac and Cheese and Chicken Fingers.

Olive Garden Hidden Secret: Italy’s Olive Garden Cooking School isn’t exactly a real culinary school.

The Olive Garden likes to brag about the fact that it has a cooking school in Tuscany. Well, that’s not exactly true. At least, not a real cooking school like the Culinary Institute of America, for example.

According to sources, hy what actually happens is that Olive Garden rents out a Tuscan hotel and restaurant for a set time during its off-season and sends a couple of managers there to eat some Italian food and interact with local chefs.

Which sounds great! But let’s not confuse it with a culinary school.
