#2 Cancer diet staple: Cruciferous vegetables
You may be asking yourself what these cruciferous vegetables are, and don’t worry, they have nothing to do with the cross. They are actually a group of vegetables that include cabbage, cauliflower, and broccoli, and they are known to be helpful in the fight against cancer cells.
Through research, we have found out that these veggies contain components that help protect against free radicals, which is what causes damage to the DNA that is found in all our cells. These components also help to protect against cancer-causing chemicals, slow tumor growth, and even aid in the death of cancer cells!
Not only are they an extremely tasty addition to your anti-cancer diet plan, but they have all the soldiers needed to fight against all the bad stuff that could harm you and put you at risk!

I hope you’re alive and well. My mom had stage 4 bladder cancer for 10 years she refused treatment. I gave her green vegetables, orange colored vegetables, ginger, green tea on a daily basis. I didn’t give her sugar. Cancer spreads with sugar intake I also would give her plenty of water. I hope this helps God Bless
My friend had stage 4 colon cancer and was told that chemo would have killed her because she was so bad. She came across Chris Beat Cancer (website, Facebook, book) and followed his diet and program. She has now been cancer-free for a few years and feels better in her 50s than she did in her 30s. Her doctors were stunned at her results. She’d never had any chemo or radiation.
