Queen Elizabeth II was really passionate about horses and horseriding, and several sources said that she actually owned more than 100 horses by the time of her death. In 1994, her Majesty was riding a horse at her Sandringham estate in Norfolk, United Kingdom, when she had an accident.
All of a sudden, she “brushed herself off” and quickly got back on her horse. What she didn’t know at the time was that she actually broke her left wrist, which she noticed only 24 hours after the incident.
