4. Tooth mobility

When it comes to early signs of root canals, this one is pretty hard to ignore! After all, having our teeth move is not normal, and when you start to show signs, you will need a root canal treatment done pretty soon.

If your tooth feels loose, then it may be a sign that your nerve is dying, or it can be a sign of a root canal. Either way, both of these causes of your teeth’s mobility are nothing to close your eyes to, and you should see a specialist pretty soon.

Keep in mind that if you happen to notice tooth mobility in more than one tooth, then there is a chance that you have other underlying issues, and a root canal is not the cause of them.

If you are not getting these signs in relation to your natural teeth but you notice that you have implants that seem to be bothering you, make sure they are not trying to warn you about something worse. Read all about dental implant failure signs here!
