Didn’t you know that you can make plant-based milk out of potatoes? The advantages of drinking potato milk are that it’s ideal for those who have no allergies, AND it’s also gluten-free.
Potato milk has healthy fats, carbs, proteins, and fibers, which makes it a very balanced choice, in comparison to other types of milk. The disadvantages are that this type of milk has a ton of other stuff in it, to make it tastier, including pea protein and even rapeseed oil.
However, potatoes are sustainable, and the milk doesn’t need a lot of water, compared to other plant-based types. It also has a very low carbon footprint, which makes it good, from an environmental point of view.
