Did you know that fried foods can actually give you stress? Your body has to work overtime to digest fatty foods like ready-to-eat meals, pizza, chips, snack bars, and pastries.

And since these stress-causing foods are cooked with fats at excessively high temperatures, they’re more likely to include so-called trans fats:

-Trans fats have been proven to increase the ratio of bad cholesterol to the good kind in the blood.
-Foods that are high in trans fats could cause inflammation and cause stress in your body.
-They’re associated with an increased risk of diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and cancer.
