Wearing a hat is bad for your hair

Sometimes people say that wearing a hat might cause your hair to fall. This is not true, and the reason that this happens might be rooted in the fact that oftentimes, hats or other items that cover your head are used by those who suffer from baldness or hair loss to cover bald spots. So, people quickly associated hats with a lack of hair.

In reality, your scalp doesn’t need to breathe because all of the oxygen required for hair growth is absorbed from the bloodstream. You can cover your head as much as you like because nothing bad is going to happen. Your hair won’t fall out just because you decide to wear something on your head on a chilly day.
