1. Use only strong antiperspirants

Once you get out of the shower, make sure you completely dry your skin, and right after that, use a strong antiperspirant for your armpits. Most of them have aluminum chloride in their composition, a neutral chemical that keeps body odors away without harming your skin. Use it twice a day, after every shower. Nowadays, there are a lot of antiperspirants in the stores, and you won’t need a special prescription from your doctor to buy them. And a major cue: always look after the ones that are stronger.

In case none of them work, then you can go to a doctor because the excessive sweating might have other roots.
