Sweating too much might give you skin rashes

If you are sweating too much, you may suffer itching or discomfort, and the perspiration lingers on your skin for a long period. These symptoms will go away on their own after you stop perspiring and change into clean, dry clothing. However, according to doctors, skin problems like a rash or hives may be a sign of a fungal skin infection or another illness.

Some skin diseases, including cholinergic urticaria, that can make some individuals break out in hives when they are hot and sweaty, can develop in conjunction with sweating.

Skin rashes, such as dermatitis or itchy heat, sometimes known as miliaria, can develop as a result of excessive perspiration in warm or humid situations. Make sure to consult with your doctor or dermatologist to determine the underlying cause of your skin problems and receive appropriate treatment.
