If you have panic attacks or are under ongoing stress, you might be sweating too much
There is no surprise that many people tend to sweat a lot during stressful situations like public speaking, an important meeting at work, or hearing bad news. That’s what life is: full of surprises, and unfortunately, we can’t be ready for every little challenge.
However, if sweating too much is accompanied by anxiety or panic attacks, it’s recommended to check these symptoms with your doctor, who can help you diagnose the disease (if there is one) or understand the root of the issue.
In most cases, excessive sweating might be the cause of anxiety disorder, which is definitely treatable, but before taking any medication on your own, make sure you check in with a therapist.
