2. Your Skin Is Looking Paler
If you don’t have enough healthy red blood cells to provide oxygen to your organs, you can’t expect your skin, which is the largest organ, to look healthy. According to the US National Library of Medicine, without vitamin B12 or iron, there may not be adequate blood supply to the skin, which in turn can cause paler and even sallow-looking skin.
Paleness can appear all over your skin or be more localized. The latter, called localized paleness, usually involves one limb. If you notice a sudden onset of paleness in a limb or generalized paleness, you should seek medical attention.
