6. Sarcastic comments
It is well known that a physician who has a sense of humor is better liked by their patients because this can help them manage people who are anxious. But this is a dangerous zone. While a sense of humor is always appreciated, sarcasm and comments that can ridicule the patients are a big no-no.
The use of sarcasm in an inappropriate manner can create tense situations between doctors and patients. And no one wants that to happen. So, every doctor needs to choose their words carefully and always think about how what they are saying can affect the other person.
