Its fermented acetic acid helps to improve the blood sugar level and also insulin sensitivity. You can add it either to meals rich in carbs or to your salads. Some say they consume it with water (1 teaspoon) and it helps if you want to lose weight.
Be careful and don’t consume it daily because it might have side effects on your stomach.

I have had diabetes sent I was 18 years old. I was diagnosed at American Diabetes Assoc. testing center in St. Louis, MO in 1956. I am now 84 and still read everything about Diabeties I can find. Iwill always need help with this problem!
