This particular food has become some sort of a trend lately, and that’s because it tastes amazing! Quinoa is a great substitute for rice or spaghetti because it contains 3 grams of fiber and 4 grams of protein per 2-cup serving. Quinoa also helps diabetics stop their blood sugar from spiking. Amazing, right?
You can serve it as a side dish with chicken breast or simply with some avocado in it.

I have had diabetes sent I was 18 years old. I was diagnosed at American Diabetes Assoc. testing center in St. Louis, MO in 1956. I am now 84 and still read everything about Diabeties I can find. Iwill always need help with this problem!
