3. You have a big layer of fat around your waist

Even though there is nothing wrong with having a belly, regardless of the body positivity movement, it can actually be dangerous for your health. That is because the fat cells that surround your abdomen are responsible for churning out several chemicals that are inflammatory.

The more fat you have around your midsection known as visceral fat, the more chemicals are possible to be created. In conformity with what Peter Libby, MD, cardiovascular medicine expert, these belly fat cells can be seen as a “hotbed” of inflammation.

What is there left to do, you might ask? For starters, you can drink more water, say goodbye to refined sugar and carbs, eat more lean proteins and vegetables, and make sure to get your sweat session in at least 3 to 4 times a week.

  1. Most of these symptoms seem to be involved with what I have, Porphyria (also called “Vampire’s Disease”. It is extremely difficult to diagnose and somewhat rare. It also, can be attributed to Hepatitus C, which causes liver damage. This makes it so that your liver is not able to process certain toxins from your body and they try to escape through the skin in the form of a rash. I was treated for the Hep C (which fortunately for me minimal damage was caused, due to the fact I had my Hep A and B shots prior to diagnosis). I manage the disease mostly by my diet and what other toxins go into my body. I am unable to process most pharmaceuticals, so usually use medical marijuana for pain relief when I am able. Also, minimal use of regular old aspirin. I have been dealing with this since diagnosis in 2000.

  2. I have so much things wrong with me i thank God i am still here pain 24/7 doctors do not help much at all

  3. Awful pain every day so much is wrong with my body thank God he gives me another day doctors can not do much cause they just want to give you pills not to fix you it is a money thing with them sad,

  4. Yes I have a few symptoms and didn’t know they could be affiliated with inflammation. I’m diabetic and doesn’t sleep well. I’m pain everyday. I’ll let my sister know about hyperglycemia can be associated with vomiting. She has episodes occasionally. Thanks for the information

  5. My mom had AIP ( acute intermittent porphyria ) it took almost 10 years to diagnose after multiple mistakes . she didn’t have the skin type , although her palms being red/purple was the first clue an attack was imminent hers affected mostly gastrointestinal and a million questions about how much she drank ! liver issue , no matter how many times I tried to explain she doesn’t drink also she only had one functioning kidney so that created issues . we learned to control it and handled 4 or 5 ” flareups a year.
she had probably since her late teens when she was diagnosed with pernicious anemia . she lived to her 70’s and died of heart failure which was a surprise , but she passed peacefully in her sleep .I wish you the best , I lived with her illness for almost 50 years
