High blood pressure ranges
When we get to hypertension 1 and up, that’s when we have too much blood pressure on our hands. When it comes to hypertension stages 1 and 2, the doctor will end up giving you medication for it, and you will have to keep a close eye on it as you will be diagnosed with hypertension.
If you end up in a hypertensive crisis, this means that you should get medical attention as soon as possible. You can realize that you have high blood pressure if you have some specific symptoms, which include headaches, shortness of breath, chest pains, and visual changes. In this case, the person should be taken to the ER as soon as possible.

If you want to keep an eye on your blood pressure at home, you can get an automatic pressure monitor. This is the one we recommend!
