Fatty fish
We’re all aware of how healthy is fish, but fatty fish is even more nutritious. Various types of fish, such as salmon, mackerel, and halibut, are incredibly rich in magnesium. It also provides an impressive 22 g of high-quality protein. Even more, fish is extremely rich in potassium, selenium, B vitamins, and many other nutrients. A high intake of fatty fish has been proven to decrease the risk of many chronic conditions, heart diseases included.
