2. Use the bathroom whenever you need it
Various specialists say that having a bathroom schedule every two hours or so, even if you don’t feel the need to urinate, might be a good idea for individuals who already have urinary incontinence. In most cases, women are especially susceptible to urinary infections. That’s why, besides hydrating yourself with plenty of water throughout the day, it’s also important to empty your bladder regularly, even if it doesn’t feel full.
Take your time while you’re on the toilet seat, and most importantly, be relaxed while you do it! Be careful and don’t hold the urine too much in the bladder because you’ll bring bacteria into your system.
