4. Where cancer spreads: Bones

There are many moments when cancer spreads to the bones, which can cause serious complications, and a lot of the time people end up thinking that it cannot be cured once it goes there. While bone cancer is a bit trickier to tackle, that does not mean that it is a death sentence if caught early. The most common types of cancer that can lead to additional bone cancer include breast, lung, and prostate cancer!

This type of secondary cancer causes some very easy-to-pinpoint symptoms, which include high calcium levels in the blood, along with weakness and pain in the bones that are affected by the cancer cells. The pain is the easiest symptom to catch on to, as due to the cancer cells growing inside the bone and multiplying, the tissues are pressing onto the nerves and causing pain.
