In an ideal world, we should always make the time to start our mornings with a healthy and tasty breakfast. Whether it’s yogurt, oatmeal, chia pudding, or even a veggie omelet, this should be our fuel for a fresh start.
Even so, sometimes you simply don’t have the time or the energy to make a whole meal from nothing or even to sit down and grab a bite. The majority of top fast-food restaurants in America found tons of “creative” ways to fill this gap, and offer morning commuters something that’s easy to eat on their way to work.
You shouldn’t waste too much time finding something quick to bite while commuting, but that doesn’t mean that every fast-food breakfast will check all the nutritional boxes you should check if you want a healthy diet.
The majority of menu items are loaded with fat, carbs, sugar, and salt, in order to make them as tasty as possible. Here’s what you should avoid in terms of breakfast:

Thank you for educating us with what type of breakfast we should not exact. Can you then advise what type of breakfast is good for commuters to have? Thank you.
Just grab an apply, throw a Jimmy Dean Sausage biscuit in microwave and if you have time, a healthy protein shake
The breakfast muffin blew me away. I also don’t eat any of that poison anyway.
i dont eat any of them i know they are not good for you
What are 8 good breakfast for commuters?
I’ve never had any of that stuff, in fact it never entered my mind to try any of that stuff, I’ll just continue with my tea in the morning. Have a nice day.🍀👍🏼🍀
these days all nutritionist people can talk about is calories. I do not need to lose weight but i do have restrictions on saturated fat, salt, sugar and cholesterol as i have cholesterol problems. fast food places are allowed to sell nearly toxic levels of these ingredients and nobody prints health warnings for these. even in your article you don’t tell the saturated fat amounts, all fat is not bad. saturated fat daily limit is about 20g a day, most breakfast foods have more than that and some a lot more than that. if you want to do an article on food , do one that can actually help people. most people eating these terrible biscuits and etc. don’t know how bad these foods are. you have a chance to help , please do.
I got a big kick out of this article. They didn’t mention McGriddle, and several others out there. But; what I do is either wrap some cooked chicken, beef, etc., in some lettuce then wrap it in paper towel. If I must frequent a fast-food place, I order stuff like a sausage patty or scrambled egg and nothing else. It’s usually filling enough until my next meal.
