5. Dunkin’ Donuts
We know that Dunkin’ Donuts has amazing sweets, but they’re not exactly the healthiest for you. They might taste amazing, but the reason they’re so sweet and delish is not the ingredients, but the chemicals the staff uses to keep them looking fresh!
Preservatives are added to frozen meals to keep them fresh, and consuming too many preservatives might be hazardous to your health. And I’m sorry to break it to you, but your favorite doughnuts from Dunkin’s are delivered frozen and cooked there.
Not to mention that usually, the oil they cook the doughnuts in can be old and reused so often that it can cause various stomach issues over time. Clearly, eating a donut once won’t hurt, but make sure to not make a habit out of it.

This is exactly why I refuse to eat to eat at most fast food restaurants most of the time. However, when I have to I will agree to McDonald’s regular cheeseburger with extra, extra lettuce, tomato, and pickles. The poor staff usually has to call for a manager for help.
What about Burger King’s Whoppers or Double Whoppers (when I’m REALLY hungry)? I LOVE ’em!
