Au Bon Pain Blueberry Yogurt and Wild Blueberry Parfait

There are 370 calories for a 10.2-oz serving, 15 mg of cholesterol, 170 mg of sodium, 65 g of carbs, and 11 g of protein. We understand that this yogurt parfait might not seem so dangerous, especially if you compare it to other greasy breakfast sandwiches and sugar-packed muffins.

But underneath that tasty blueberry yogurt, there’s so much sugar, that you can easily derail your entire day before it even starts. Even if yogurt is generally recommended, there are still some types you might want to avoid: plain flavored yogurt is full of sugar and preservatives, and has very little protein. Greek yogurt is what you should eat because it has a lot of protein and probiotics.

  1. Thank you for educating us with what type of breakfast we should not exact. Can you then advise what type of breakfast is good for commuters to have? Thank you.

  2. I’ve never had any of that stuff, in fact it never entered my mind to try any of that stuff, I’ll just continue with my tea in the morning. Have a nice day.🍀👍🏼🍀

  3. these days all nutritionist people can talk about is calories. I do not need to lose weight but i do have restrictions on saturated fat, salt, sugar and cholesterol as i have cholesterol problems. fast food places are allowed to sell nearly toxic levels of these ingredients and nobody prints health warnings for these. even in your article you don’t tell the saturated fat amounts, all fat is not bad. saturated fat daily limit is about 20g a day, most breakfast foods have more than that and some a lot more than that. if you want to do an article on food , do one that can actually help people. most people eating these terrible biscuits and etc. don’t know how bad these foods are. you have a chance to help , please do.
