Tropical Smoothie Cafe Chia Banana Boost with Peanut Butter

Technically, a breakfast smoothie looks absolutely amazing and it’s supposed to be super healthy, too. I mean, these drinks have a ton of fruit and other nutrients, which makes them the perfect way to drink your breakfast and get all the nutrition you might need to start your day.

However, the wide majority of these breakfast smoothies also have a ton of calories, fat, and sugar, just like Tropical Smoothie Cafe. In fact, this particular smoothie is so fat, because of its Chia Banana Boost with Peanut Butter.

One smoothie with peanut butter packs 770 CALORIES, 6 g of fat, 150 mg of sodium, 130 g of carbs, and 14 g of protein.

  1. Thank you for educating us with what type of breakfast we should not exact. Can you then advise what type of breakfast is good for commuters to have? Thank you.

  2. I’ve never had any of that stuff, in fact it never entered my mind to try any of that stuff, I’ll just continue with my tea in the morning. Have a nice day.🍀👍🏼🍀

  3. these days all nutritionist people can talk about is calories. I do not need to lose weight but i do have restrictions on saturated fat, salt, sugar and cholesterol as i have cholesterol problems. fast food places are allowed to sell nearly toxic levels of these ingredients and nobody prints health warnings for these. even in your article you don’t tell the saturated fat amounts, all fat is not bad. saturated fat daily limit is about 20g a day, most breakfast foods have more than that and some a lot more than that. if you want to do an article on food , do one that can actually help people. most people eating these terrible biscuits and etc. don’t know how bad these foods are. you have a chance to help , please do.
