And now, a little advice: the worst thing you could possibly choose for breakfast are this kind of ultra-deluxe or premium-style breakfast. The problem with this kind of plate is that it’s extremely high in fat, and the portions are way too big. At home, you would have way more control over the fat and salt content that’s added to your meals, but not so much when it comes to a fast food chain.

McDonald’s Big Breakfast is definitely number 1 when it comes to unhealthy breakfast, because of its poor nutrition values. This particular breakfast has half of your day’s worth of salt, and double the amount of fat.

  3. these days all nutritionist people can talk about is calories. I do not need to lose weight but i do have restrictions on saturated fat, salt, sugar and cholesterol as i have cholesterol problems. fast food places are allowed to sell nearly toxic levels of these ingredients and nobody prints health warnings for these. even in your article you don’t tell the saturated fat amounts, all fat is not bad. saturated fat daily limit is about 20g a day, most breakfast foods have more than that and some a lot more than that. if you want to do an article on food , do one that can actually help people. most people eating these terrible biscuits and etc. don’t know how bad these foods are. you have a chance to help , please do.
