Einstein Bros Apple Cinnamon Bagel

There are 450 calories in only one bagel, 9 g of fat, 550 mg of sodium, 83 g of carbs, and 9 g of protein. The well-known Dunkin’ Coffee Cake Muffin won’t help your diet, and it’s not even the only fast food breakfast pick that is so loaded with carbs.

Einstein Bros’ Apple Cinnamon Bagel seems more like a pastry, because of its enormous amount of carbs and sugars in only one serving. Most people would prefer their bagels with cream cheese, which doesn’t add any kind of fiber or protein to your diet.

Most of the time, bagels are super high in carbs, that’s why they’re absorbed so fast, which makes them satiety short-living.

  1. Thank you for educating us with what type of breakfast we should not exact. Can you then advise what type of breakfast is good for commuters to have? Thank you.

  2. I’ve never had any of that stuff, in fact it never entered my mind to try any of that stuff, I’ll just continue with my tea in the morning. Have a nice day.🍀👍🏼🍀

  3. these days all nutritionist people can talk about is calories. I do not need to lose weight but i do have restrictions on saturated fat, salt, sugar and cholesterol as i have cholesterol problems. fast food places are allowed to sell nearly toxic levels of these ingredients and nobody prints health warnings for these. even in your article you don’t tell the saturated fat amounts, all fat is not bad. saturated fat daily limit is about 20g a day, most breakfast foods have more than that and some a lot more than that. if you want to do an article on food , do one that can actually help people. most people eating these terrible biscuits and etc. don’t know how bad these foods are. you have a chance to help , please do.
