CONCLUSION
To sum up this article, we can say that you have to read the ingredient list every time you want to consume a pre-packed beverage. Even though the words such as healthy, good for you, and organic are mentioned on the label, it doesn’t mean that they are actually suitable for your diet.
Remember that sugar is the 1st enemy of those who want to have a healthier lifestyle, so just because it says on the package that it’s good for your body, doesn’t mean it’s true.
You can enjoy fruit juice, coffee drinks, or smoothies, but make sure you prep them at home so you know exactly what they contain. It will do wonders for your body, brain, and wallet!

You missed it when you did not point out that 99.999% of sports drinks are loaded with sugar, which make them the first thing one should avoid. Next time don’t be afraid to offend the sports drink industry
I think this is a lot hype. Fruits and vegetables are essential for proper nutrition. I will agree, sugar in excess is to be avoided.
Organic Treo. That has been the best drink for me. Tried others for many, many, years. Strawberry flavor. Also, take a nitric oxide pill before a long workout and run. And of course water. For breakfast I eat a banana and peanut butter with a little bit of jelly(apricot or peach) with water. Been doing the peanut butter and banana for over twenty five years. Also drink a few sips of a Carnation Instant Beakfast mixed with non fat milk.
After being in the beverage industry for 35+ years, charcoal filtered tap water is the best! Anything in plastic, pressurized is sterilized with Ozone while being filled and are poisonous for 2 weeks until the ozone leeches out through the plastic. Dasani and Aqua Fina are made this way. Cheapest water I can buy is what I drink!
Premier Protein Shakes have ONE gram of sugar and THIRTY grams of protein, plus tons of vitamins and minerals. Comments, anyone?

My favorite beverage is Whole Milk Water… I mix fatty sugar free whole milk with cold water 1 to 32…
The fat from the milk brings satisfaction… The white color makes you feel like you’re drinking something other than water… And, it adds flavor to nice pure water that has no taste… I drink about 4 of these a day, so I consume about a half cup of milk and a gallon of water, at home… Out of the house I carry 2 more gallons of straight water…
Water is the only good beverage…
