Carl’s Jr. French Toast Dips

There are 500 calories for a 5-piece order, 19 g of fat, 620 mg of sodium, 74 g of carbs, and 19 g of protein. Having French toast for your breakfast shouldn’t be impossible, nor unhealthy, but if you’ll choose to have French Toast at a fast food restaurant, that’s a whole other deal.

As Jesse Feder, CPT at My Crohn’s and Colitis Team explained, “french toast usually has bigger amounts of sugar because of syrups and toppings.

Besides, French Toast doesn’t provide a lot when it comes to nutritional value. It’s usually made with many highly processed ingredients that do nothing but spike your blood sugar and cause weight gain.”

Carl’s Jr. gives one of the most unhealthy fast food breakfast options on the market, because of their French Toast Dips which are loaded with carbs and fat.

  1. Thank you for educating us with what type of breakfast we should not exact. Can you then advise what type of breakfast is good for commuters to have? Thank you.

  2. I’ve never had any of that stuff, in fact it never entered my mind to try any of that stuff, I’ll just continue with my tea in the morning. Have a nice day.🍀👍🏼🍀

  3. these days all nutritionist people can talk about is calories. I do not need to lose weight but i do have restrictions on saturated fat, salt, sugar and cholesterol as i have cholesterol problems. fast food places are allowed to sell nearly toxic levels of these ingredients and nobody prints health warnings for these. even in your article you don’t tell the saturated fat amounts, all fat is not bad. saturated fat daily limit is about 20g a day, most breakfast foods have more than that and some a lot more than that. if you want to do an article on food , do one that can actually help people. most people eating these terrible biscuits and etc. don’t know how bad these foods are. you have a chance to help , please do.
