Taco Bell Breakfast Crunchwrap, Sausage

Only one crunchwrap has 730 calories, 47 g of fat, 1,290 mg of sodium, 52 g of carbs, and only 20 g of protein. Taco Bell outdid itself when it put this Crunchwrap Supreme on its menu.

Because it’s so popular, it kept on evolving and Taco Bell managed to find a way to add this product to their breakfast menu. Even if it’s a very popular choice for most morning commuters, it also managed to put a big dent in diets, because it’s LOADED with fat, salt, and carb content.

  1. Thank you for educating us with what type of breakfast we should not exact. Can you then advise what type of breakfast is good for commuters to have? Thank you.

  2. I’ve never had any of that stuff, in fact it never entered my mind to try any of that stuff, I’ll just continue with my tea in the morning. Have a nice day.🍀👍🏼🍀

  3. these days all nutritionist people can talk about is calories. I do not need to lose weight but i do have restrictions on saturated fat, salt, sugar and cholesterol as i have cholesterol problems. fast food places are allowed to sell nearly toxic levels of these ingredients and nobody prints health warnings for these. even in your article you don’t tell the saturated fat amounts, all fat is not bad. saturated fat daily limit is about 20g a day, most breakfast foods have more than that and some a lot more than that. if you want to do an article on food , do one that can actually help people. most people eating these terrible biscuits and etc. don’t know how bad these foods are. you have a chance to help , please do.
