1. Shortness of Breath

Even if you’ve recovered from the coronavirus, you may find you have trouble catching your breath. Some people describe it as feeling “winded,” “puffed,” or “breathless.” This is one of the most common long COVID symptoms, and it can occur even if you didn’t need treatment in the hospital while being infected.

Everyday activities can make you feel short of breath, for instance: climbing stairs, doing jobs around the house, getting dressed, and walking to the store. It can be scary, but it’s important to remember that feeling anxious will often make your breathlessness worse. So, the first thing you have to do when experiencing this symptom is to try to relax.

Breathing techniques can also help you reduce shortness of breath. Sit in a chair, making sure you’re in a relaxed position with your back well supported. Place one hand on your belly and take a slow, deep breath in through your nose. As you do that, allow your belly to rise up. As you breathe out, feel your belly relax.

I just want to say “THANK YOU” for your continual free information on many topics especially Covid. You put FAITH back in the hands of the people and it is much appreciated. I have been following you for many years along with others that offer great information. God Bless you and all others that follow your path. Thank you once again!!

Since I got the booster shots almost a year ago, my taste of food is altered to the point that if you blindfolded me and asked what I was eating, I wouldn’t know. How much longer must I wait until this corrects itself?

  3. Since having the Covid shots (2) the last one in February, 2021,I have had to lean to walk again (this being with the help of a walker), kidney problems, and 24/7 care. I can’t work, cook, wash clothes, shop, housework, etc. Will I ever be able to do these things again?
I’ve had two doctors tell me they believe my medical conditions are due to reaction to Covid-19 vaccine.
I would call this Long Covid! And with no hope of getting better and no one to blame.

  4. I would like to know when the public is going to be informed of these long covid/ vaccine injuries. I’ve been experiencing many health issues and doctors become deaf at the mention of Covid being responsible. It is not discussed. currently my blood sugar has been higher then usual and I am having a hard time getting it to a more normal range. Why do we see more encouragement to take the Covid shot if it is known that it causes these long term ill effects? It was known early on that it does not prevent a person from getting covid and the symptoms of the virus has mutated to more of a very bad head cold then a fatal respiratory virus, so why the encouragement of injecting ourselves with something that just exacerbates inflammation and makes us feel ill? These are my questions.
