Dementia is one of the most common diseases in the world, affecting more than 55 million people worldwide. This medical condition is known to cause significant memory loss that is brought on by serious changes in the brain.
The majority of patients experience challenges and even trouble in performing their daily tasks. And that is not all: a lot of people who are diagnosed with dementia notice changes in personality, on top of memory loss.
There are multiple types of mental disorders, but all of them are responsible for impacting 3 regions of your brain, which are:

The majority of brain dysfunction cases are brought on by an illness, and unfortunately, they can’t be cured. However, there are rare exceptions when people are able to get healthy, but that usually happens when dementia is caused by consuming excessive amounts of drugs or alcohol or if it is a result of depression.
While several forms of dementia progress in different ways, the majority of them are categorized in conformity with a set of comparable phases. We wanted to know more about this severe health issue and we analyzed 8 types of mental deterioration. Here they are:
